After enduring sorrow repeatedly,
life transforms and you emerge stronger
and get the strength to bear the agony
and struggle
and the way of living life
begins to change.

“SORROW HAS A WAY OF TRANSFORMING”
Wonderful lines from you in few words. Says everything.
I do know and witness of the period of Sadness and the period of getting into Transformation and thereafter.
In this context I posted an article. You may like it. Rather I will request you to have a glance on it. It will take just a minute only.

You are so wise. I enjoyed reading your post on this very topic. It was awesome! Thanks for stopping by and commenting always.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I have experienced a big blow, but I have overcome it as years passed.
Sorrow has the power to transform a person’s perspective, emotions, and behaviours in various ways. It can make someone more introspective and contemplative, leading them to re-evaluate their life and priorities. It can also deepen their empathy and understanding of others who are experiencing similar pain or loss. This I have learnt after reading lots of books on science and spirituality.
In my posts //my journey through books, I have expressed my inner voice.
Yesterday I have published a post.

I can say that sorrow also inspire personal growth and change, as individuals may be motivated to make positive changes in their lives to honour the memory of someone or something or relationship etc. they have lost or to prevent future pain. This can manifest in a variety of ways, such as pursuing new hobbies, volunteering, or making amends with loved ones. For me reading habit has grown enormously.
Thank you so much again for your reply. Regards.
