Ranjit Singh (Damanpreet Singh) and Mehtab Kaur (Tunisha Sharma) Are Getting Married! On My New Favorite Show ~~Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh~~

Maha Singh (Shaleen Bhanot) and Gurubaksh Singh’s (Rumi Khan) father has discussed and agreed on Ranjit Singh (Damanpreet Singh) and Mehtab Kaur’s (Tunisha Sharma) marriage ceremonies to start the same day on Sher-E-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Maha knows he only has but a little time before his chest wound kills him. I feel so bad for Ranjit because he has no clue about how much his father is suffering. It is amazing how Maha had his wife cover up the bleeding wound and help him dress up and how he is acting as if everything is fine. He doesn’t want his son to feel bad about his true condition. The unbelievable courage of Maha is great and the love he has for his son brings tears to your eyes. I had my box of tissues close by because it was so nice to see all thru the show how loving and respectful this man is. This week the show ended on that note, but the pre-scene for next week shows Maha dies in his sons arms.

All I know is how much I will miss watching the amazing Maha Singh and how his relationship was with his best friend Gurubaksh that was so powerful, so close, respectful and loving, also his loving and kind relationship he has with his wife Raj Kaur (Sneha Wagh) and the amazing relationship he has with his young brave and clever son Ranjit who admires and adores his father so much.

So although a marriage ceremony should be joyful and it will be for Ranjit Singh but he has no idea as to how Sada Kaur (Sonia Singh) the widow of Gurubaksh has turned Mehtab against him and how she is teaching her daughter to hate him and seek revenge for her father Gurubaksh’s death. It’s a sad way to start a marriage and a lie that Ranjit caused Gurubaksh’s death. Ranjit adores this family yet Sada Kaur always was jealous of the friendship of Maha and Gurubaksh and so she hated Ranjit too for no real and good enough reason.

I just wish things were different in that Ranjit and Mehtab were married earlier while Gurubaksh and Maha were closer and did not have that conspiracy happen to break apart their friendship that caused the war that brought about Gurubaksh’s death and now the impending death of Maha.

Well can’t wait till next week’s show.
