First, off I have to say that Sneha Wagh is back and she is definitely regal as she plays Raj Kaur who is the wife to the handsome and good looking Maha Singh (Shaleen Bhanot) and mother to Maharaja Ranjit Singh (Damanpreet Singh) and she is so amazing.
I am loving every character and every minute of this new show. The men like Maha Singh, Gurubaksh Singh were best friends and they turned on each other due to conspiracies in the show. I tell you their friendship was so loving and so amazing. These two men played their roles to the hilt, as they are what you would like to call a man’s men. Real men! I ask do these types of chivalrous men exist in the world today? Certainly not, but you cannot help but wish they did. As it is so amazing to get caught up while watching them in action because they make you wish it was so. LOL!
I fell in love with the loving relationship between Maha and Raj Kaur. Her husband was tough but so loving and gentle with his wife and she loved calling her husband Lord and making him feel her confidence and love for him as well.
Ranjit Singh their son, is an amazing and very clever young man who was raised well by his parents and is a real asset to the Sukkerchakia kingdom. It is so cute and funny to see how he likes to out smart his enemies every single time. Its so amazing to watch him in action.
And the wardrobes of the women is outstanding. Women like Raj Kaur, Mehtab Kaur (Tunisha Sharma) and Sada Kaur (Sonia Singh) and Roop Saheb Singh (Parvati Sehgal) are so regal that they make you wish you could have been born in those times.
But lately the last few episodes have taken a sad turn for the worse. I am so upset to have seen Gurubaksh Singh die and now this week that amazing and good looking Maha Singh has been stabbed in his heart and is slowing dying too as a result of the battle. So I feel so bad for Ranjit Singh that he will be losing his father at such a young and tender age.
Well anyway, I cannot wait to see what happens next.
