And so as if the Modi’s don’t have enough troubles right now…
Who’s the new girl on Saath Nibaana Saathiya? Well, it turns out she’s Anita’s (Ira Soni) daughter.
Anita was Ahem Modi’s (Mohammad Nazim) old flame from back in the day. I tell you, just the sight of Anita’s daughter brings me back to the good ole days when Saath Nibaana Saathiya was a brand new show. Back then Ahem and Anita were in love before Kokila (Rupal Patel) stepped up and arranged for the alliance of Gopi (Gia Manek) and Ahem’s marriage instead.
Ahem, the good loyal son, obedient to his mom Kokila abided by his mother’s wishes and married Gopi instead of the love of his life, Anita. I tell you Anita did put on a great performance back then as she tried her best to stop Ahem’s marriage to Gopi but finally, Ahem’s relationship with Anita came to an end and so poor Anita was left broken-hearted and for a while, Ahem hated Gopi and took out his loss on Gopi for years to come. I tell you I felt so sorry for both Anita and Gopi back then, it was a sticky situation, but yet I was so happy to see Gopi getting married to Ahem.
The marriage progressed as Gopi went through a lot while Kokila who was very strict worked on transforming her daughter in law by teaching her how to win the love of her son.
Midway through their marriage Anita wiggled her way back into Ahem’s life and moved into the Modi Mansion disrupting Gopi and Ahem’s marriage as she tried to get her love back but her attempts failed in the end.
I tell you, I thought perhaps one day Anita (Ira Soni) was going to make a come back once more just as Mansi (Kajal Pisal) did to take out revenge on the Modi family. Anyway, I never expected Anita would have a daughter who would show up years later for her mother’s revenge.
So my questions are…. Who is this girl Sameer (Priya Tandon) anyway other than her being Anita’s daughter? Who is her father? Is she Ahem and Anita’s daughter? Didn’t Anita move on and get married to someone else? Is the revenge she hopes to get really worth all the trouble? And why is she using Ricky who recently arrived on the scene just as she did?
Ricky’s (Rohit Suchanti) troublesome ways are causing havoc in the Modi household just as recently everyone finds out that he is Gopi and Ahem’s long lost son. But lately Ricky’s innocent-looking nanny showed up on the doorsteps of the Modi mansion and little do they know, his nanny is not so innocent after all because she is sneaking poison in the oil Gopi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee) uses to massage into Jaggi’s (Mohammad Nazim) feet as Gopi is trying to help Jaggi learn to walk again. So this nanny is bent on trying to derail Jaggi and Gopi’s hard work. She wants revenge because she feels Jaggi and the Modi family have mistreated her favorite child Ricky. But it’s amazing that the other night Jaggi startled Ricky’s nanny when he came out of nowhere as he caught her stealthy at the door giving money to a creepy looking old lady. She told Jaggi she was getting some medicine.
So now that Jaggi’s suspicions have been aroused, hopefully, the nanny and her evil intentions will be exposed before any further damage is done to Jaggi by her. I hope the Modi’s will soon send this old hag on her way just as they exposed and gotten rid of crazy Gaura (Vandana Pathak) that caused the accident that put Jaggi in the wheelchair in the first place. As he is having some bad luck with these two “old hags” trying to ruin his life here lately, hopefully, his luck will soon change for the better in that regard.
It is so nice to see how Jaggi and Gopi are experiencing some cute, romantic and loving moments together and that they are getting closer. I think Jaggi is really the best thing that has ever happened to Gopi. He’s such a nice guy! He keeps her happy and his amazingly happy personality is contagious. He seems to be such a pleasure to be around. So who in their right mind would not love a happy go lucky kind of guy? He is really so handsome and just right for Gopi and Gopi is just right for him.
You gotta love, admire, and adore Kokila’s personality so much too as Kokila is always being a strong amazing presence in Gopi’s life. Helping to guide her, she wants Gopi to see how amazing Jaggi is for her in stressing that Gopi should try harder to move on in making a life with Jaggi.
I tell you I am so addicted and in love with this amazing show!
