Tonight we had a healthy dessert. I tell you fresh Mango with Greek Yogurt is such a creamy, sweet, tangy and delicious combination. Hope you try it and like it too.
Mango Greek Yogurt Recipe
1 or 2 Fresh Mango’s (peeled and chopped)
2 or 4 cups of Plain Greek Yogurt
3-6 packets of powdered Stevia or 1-2 Tablespoons of Honey or 1 Tablespoons of Sugar
1 cup of water
Pecan pieces (optional)
A pinch of Shredded Coconut (optional)
Put chopped mango in pan with water. Bring to boil and allow to simmer for five minutes.
With a spoon, remove mango from water into a bowl, mash and stir until Mango is soft like apple sauce, add powered Stevia or honey and stir. Pour mango into bowls, add yogurt on top. Then sprinkle lightly with pecans, coconut and raisins. Enjoy!
