There are many times in our lives when people really make us angry and we just want to shout out at them and get them to smarten up. But we’re not always in control of the situation and sometimes we’re not able to talk to them and so the anger bottles up inside us and we feel as if we will explode. Night time comes and we are in such anxiety that we can’t sleep and so we meditate on the reason we’re angry and whole thing seems to get worse. That is why we don’t go to bed angry.
So, what do we do then, stay up all night and just try to forget it? If the one we’re angry at is our spouse or a brother or sister and that person has already tuned us out and gone to sleep we just angrier. And if it’s a friend…
