Restart: My Diet And Pampering

I have to admit with all the recent storm excitement here for the past few days, I became distracted, thrown off a bit and so I did not stick to any particular plan of diet, pampering or exercise. I was taken away from my pampering, planning and scheduling. So I decided I would start fresh again today. Not to take away from the progress made so far because I did successfully lose some weight.  Now I just need to step back again and regroup, get myself started again. So today I started with my foods as follows:

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with a pat of butter and two teaspoons of sugar and milk

Lunch and Dinner combined:

one slice of brisket and two tablespoons of vegetable potatoe salad

Drinks:

ginger root tea, black tea, water, diet coke

Pampering: Nails and hair

Polishing my nails a pretty color and washing my hair and deep conditioning (for 20 minutes).
