Well I cannot believe I made it this far in my weight loss, but I lost another 2 pounds. I am happy to see any loss instead of no loss at all. So I stuck to my eating patterns. I had some delicious meals this past week. But today I had:
Breakfast: Cut up fresh fruits: ½ apple, ½ plum, ½ peach and a bowl of cereal and milk Vitamin D supplements and vitamin C and a multi vitamin
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich with fresh tomatoes slices and lettuce
Dinner: Turkey Chili and a fried green tomato (I could not resist my fried green tomatoes this week)
Drinks: Lemon water, iced tea, hot tea, diet sprite
Facial today: gently scrubbed with baking soda paste and rinsed then applied yogurt and lemon juice mixture on face, let it dry and rinsed and applied some fresh local honey for a few minutes then rinsed and pat dry and applied Shea butter for the night.
Exercise: Chair exercise video and wall stretches for my abdomen and thighs and calves.
Also I read about crystals that will help with weight loss. Oh well I will try some things at least once. I will consider getting these crystals in the near future called: Fluorite, Magnesite, Sodalite, Fossil wood. I already have a Blue Chalcedony crystal. I read that Blue Chalcedony helps with break down of waste deposits and toxins. I am willing to try using even more types of crystals to help me out. What is so great about crystals is you can get them so cheaply too (for pennies). Well it’s worth a try.
I am also considering giving up cow’s milk altogether too. Because I am reading and learning so much about it’s hazards. I may try and switch to organic milk first before giving up on milk totally.
