Past few days of watching what I eat, has paid off. Sunday I lost another 3 pounds. So I am so happy about it. My pampering is continuing. Yesterday I had a wonderful facial. Today I plan to give myself another wonderful pedicure and manicure. So my food has been as follows for today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch: A turkey sandwich with lots of lettuce and tomatoes, a small pat of mayo
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup and a few crackers. Trying to keep my last meal very light.
So keeping up with my progress here and remaining focused on my goals.
